Registration Fees

Pre-registration: €300.00
(Mandatory and NOT included in the Entry Fee. Pre-registration is required to assign a race number, confirm a slot, and grant the right to participate.)


ENTRY FEE PER TEAM: €1,400.00

However, several pricing tiers apply depending on the registration date:

  • PREFERRED DISCOUNT RATE: €1,200.00
    (For all registrations fully completed and paid before August 31, 2025)

  • STANDARD GENERAL RATE: €1,400.00
    (For all registrations completed between September 1 and December 15, 2025)

  • LAST MINUTE RATE: €1,500.00
    (For registrations completed between December 15, 2025 and January 15, 2026)

NOTE: Any registration not fully paid by the deadline for its pricing tier will automatically be moved to the next higher rate category.


WHAT THE ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:

  • Right to participate in the event

  • Race number and identification stickers

  • Official permits from Moroccan authorities: Ministry of Interior, Gendarmerie, Ministry of Tourism, and Customs Administration, certifying the event as an OFFICIAL Sporting Event in Morocco

  • Full event dossier: Safety Manual, Stella III System Guide, stage maps, etc.

  • Online results system with private participant data access after each stage

  • Live online tracking platform with dual GSM & satellite coverage

  • Satellite medical/mechanical alert system and permanent safety communication with Race HQ

  • Daily communication channel via Telegram (multilingual) with exclusive updates for participants

  • Medical assistance throughout the entire event

  • On-track Professional Rescue Team

  • On-track Mechanical Assistance (minor repairs and towing)

  • Free transport of one material/spare parts box (55x34x27 cm, max 60L/30kg) in the Logistics Assistance Truck
    (Box must be locked with a padlock. The Organization is not responsible for loss or damage.)

  • Medical Assistance & Repatriation Insurance

  • Third-Party Liability Insurance for the event

  • Daily dossier with waypoints and stage tracks

  • Use of official event radio frequency

  • Daily briefing during the event

  • Round-trip ferry ticket

  • Border and customs crossing assistance, including temporary import document handling

  • Constant presence of Organizational and Medical Teams on the course

  • Accompaniment by Organizational and Medical Teams on the return to mainland Spain

"Withdrawals during the event do not entitle participants to any refund."


WHAT THE ENTRY FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Meals, dinners, or drinks during ferry crossings

  • Accommodation, meals, and drinks during the event
    (Optional hotel and bivouac bookings available — see next section)

  • Visa processing or customs fees (freight agents or ATA carnet)

  • Fuel and personal expenses during the trip

  • Personal mechanical workshop services or vehicle repairs
    (Multiple providers will be available to all participants)

  • Rental of Stella III satellite beacon (mandatory – must be rented via the Registration Platform)

  • Rental of additional 95L transport box for spare parts in the Logistics Assistance Truck

  • Anything not explicitly listed in the "Included" section


MAJOR NEWS FOR THE X EDITION 2026 – HOTEL BOOKINGS:

For the 2026 X Edition, there will be no pre-set accommodation package. Instead, we have selected several hotels of different categories in each city, allowing participants to choose the type of accommodation they prefer for each night.

All hotels are of high quality (4★ and 5★), booked on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast). However, the number of rooms available for our group is limited, so it is strongly recommended to book as early as possible to secure a room at your preferred hotel.

In addition to hotels, for the bivouac night, participants can choose between:

  • Luxe Berber Haimas (private bathroom and shower)

  • Standard Berber Haimas (shared bathroom and shower facilities)

All bivouac accommodation is also provided on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast).

Rooms are available in double or single occupancy.

Hotel and bivouac booking services are provided by:
Garnatalia SL, Noble Explorer SARL, and Desert Logistic Services & Events SARL.


OPTIONAL MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGE

The Organization does not provide and is not responsible for personal mechanical assistance for participants’ vehicles.

However, the specialized company HOLADESERT will offer all participants the option to contract a Daily Mechanical Assistance Package. Each evening upon arrival at the hotel, their mechanics will perform routine checks, maintenance, and necessary repairs on your vehicle.
