Registration Fees

Places limited to 100 participants

We are maintaining the entry fees from the 2026 edition.

Pre-registration: €500.00 (Mandatory and NOT Included in the Entry Fees. Pre-registration is mandatory for the allocation of a race number, confirmation of a place and the right to participate).

The GENERAL RATE entry fee is €1,200.00 per team. However, depending on the registration date, several rates are available:

– PREFERENTIAL DISCOUNTED RATE: The entry fee is €1,000.00 (For all registrations completed and paid in full before 31 August 2026)

– STANDARD GENERAL RATE: The entry fee is €1,200.00 (For all registrations completed from 1 September 2026 onwards and paid in full before 15 December 2026)

– LAST MINUTE RATE: The entry fee is €1,300.00 (For all registrations completed from 15 December 2026 onwards and paid in full before 15 January 2027)

(All registrations that have not been paid 100% within the deadline corresponding to their rate and category will automatically move to the next category and increased rate).

The ENTRY FEES INCLUDE:

Right to participate in the event.
Race number and identification stickers.
Copy of the Administrative Authorisations from the Ministry of Interior, Gendarmerie, Ministry of Tourism and General Directorate of Customs of the Kingdom of Morocco, for the event to be held as an OFFICIAL Sporting Event in Morocco.
Complete event dossier, including Safety Manual, Stella III system user guide, maps with route and Stage layouts, etc.
Online Classification System, with the option for each participant to privately consult their own individual results from the moment they reach the finish of each Stage.
Individual tracking system via an Online and Live Platform, with dual satellite and GSM safety coverage.
Satellite medical and mechanical alert system and permanent safety communication with Race Control.
Daily communication channel on the Telegram platform in several languages, providing daily sporting and logistical information exclusively for participants.
Medical Assistance throughout the entire event.
Professional Rescue Team on the course.
Mechanical Assistance on the course (Minor Breakdowns and Recovery).
Free transport of one box of equipment or spare parts in the Organisation’s logistics truck. The box must be provided by the participant and it must be taken into account that the maximum dimensions of the truck compartments where the box must fit are: height 30cm x width 39cm x length 58cm. The box, whatever its dimensions, must fit completely inside the transport compartment. The maximum internal capacity of the box is 50 litres. (The box must be locked with a padlock; the Organisation is not responsible for the loss of any equipment stored inside the box).
Medical Assistance and Medical Repatriation Insurance.
Event Public Liability Insurance.
Daily dossier with WPs and Tracks for each Stage.
Right to use the official event radio frequency.
Daily Briefing during the event.
Outbound ferry crossing (seat) and return ferry crossing (shared cabin).
Assistance with border crossing and customs procedures and processing of the temporary import document.
Permanent support from Organisation staff and the Medical Team on the course.
Support from Organisation staff and the Medical Team during the return journey until arrival on the Spanish mainland.
Communication and Social Media Department, with daily coverage and Live Online broadcasts.
Daily professional photo and video coverage (KFoto Comunicación).
Official souvenir T-shirt.

“Withdrawal during the event does not entitle the participant to any refund whatsoever”.

The ENTRY FEES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Meals/dinners or drinks during the ferry crossings.
Accommodation, meals and drinks during the event. (There is the option to book several 4* or 5* hotels in each Stage finish city. All hotel bookings are on a half-board basis, except in Nador, where the booking is on a bed and breakfast basis).
Visa arrangements or customs fees (Freight Forwarders or ATA Carnet).
Fuel and personal expenses during the trip.
Mechanical Workshop Service or vehicle repairs. (Several providers of this type of service are available to all participants)
Rental of the STELLA III satellite beacon. This service must be booked through the Registration Platform.
Rental of an additional 95L transport box for spare parts and equipment in the Logistics Assistance Truck.
Anything not expressly included in the “included” section of the entry fees.

MAJOR NEW FEATURE FOR THE XI EDITION 2027 REGARDING HOTEL BOOKINGS:

For this XI Edition 2027, we will not offer a fixed accommodation package for the entire week, but instead we have selected several hotels of different categories in each city, so that each participant can choose the type of accommodation they wish to book for each night.

All hotels are good quality, 4* and 5*, booked on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast), except in Nador, where accommodation will be on a bed and breakfast basis), but with a limited number of rooms available for our group, so it will be very important to complete the booking as soon as possible in order to guarantee room availability at the selected hotel.

You have the option of booking hotels in a double room or in a single room.

Agency services provided by Garnatalia SL, Noble Explorer SARL and Desert Logistic Services & Events SARL.

MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGE (OPTIONAL). The Organisation neither provides nor is responsible for the individual Mechanical Assistance of each participating team. The specialist company HOLADESERT will offer all participants the option of booking a DAILY MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGE, so that every afternoon, upon arrival at the hotel, its mechanical team will carry out the inspection and preparation of the vehicle, as well as repair any breakdowns that may occur.
