Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy applied to the payment of the Entry Fees:

  • Any cancellation made before 15 December 2026 will be entitled to a FULL REFUND of the Entry Fees paid.
  • Any cancellation made between 15 and 31 December 2026 will be subject to a penalty of €500.00 for fees and administration costs.
  • Any cancellation made between 1 and 31 January 2027 will be subject to a penalty of €1,000.00 for fees and administration costs.
  • Any cancellation made after 31 January 2027 will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the Entry Fees and all Additional Services booked (Stella, hotels, etc.).

* The deadline for booking and full payment of any Mandatory or Optional Service offered for the Desert Trophy Panda Edition 2027 (STELLA III beacon rental, hotel bookings, GPS rental, etc.) is 15 January 2027.
