Payment Terms and Methods

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For the 2026 edition of the Desert Trophy Panda, participation is limited to a maximum of 100 teams.

Final registration closes on January 15, 2026, or earlier if all 100 available spots are filled, paid, and confirmed.

Pre-registration: €300.00

Mandatory and not included in the Registration Fee. Pre-registration is required to receive a bib number, secure a spot, and obtain the right to participate.

Registration Fees per Team: €1,400.00

Depending on the registration date, the following rates apply:

  • EARLY BIRD PREFERRED RATE: €1,200.00 (for registrations completed and fully paid before August 31, 2025)

  • GENERAL STANDARD RATE: €1,400.00 (for registrations completed between September 1 and December 15, 2025)

  • LAST MINUTE RATE: €1,500.00 (for registrations completed from December 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026)

All registrations not fully paid within the assigned rate period will automatically be adjusted to the next rate tier.


VALIDATION OF REGISTRATION

A team is considered registered once the registration form has been submitted. However, registration is only confirmed once 100% of the registration fee is paid.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR REGISTRATION FEES:

  • €300.00 at the time of pre-registration (mandatory for all categories)

  • €1,200.00 before August 31, 2025 (EARLY BIRD RATE)

  • €1,400.00 before December 15, 2025 (STANDARD RATE, for registrations made between Sept 1 and Dec 15)

  • €1,500.00 before January 15, 2026 (LAST MINUTE RATE, for registrations made between Dec 15 and Jan 15)


PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR OPTIONAL & MANDATORY SERVICES:

All optional and mandatory services (e.g., STELLA III beacon rental, hotel bookings, GPS rental, etc.) must be booked and fully paid by January 15, 2026.

Payment by Credit Card

Via the link you will automatically receive once your Registration and Additional Services booking have been confirmed.

To make a payment by credit or debit card:

In the access link to your participant profile (sent in the confirmation email of your registration), you will find a button that directs you to the payment gateway to complete the payment by credit or debit card.

  • Please note: Payment via the virtual POS terminal must be made in full; installment payments are not accepted.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.


NON-PAYMENT POLICY

The Organization reserves the right to cancel any registration not paid within the deadlines above.

Failure to pay 100% of the registration fee within the designated period will result in automatic reassignment to the next pricing tier.

Failure to complete payment of all registration fees and any contracted services by January 15, 2026, will result in cancellation of the registration and associated services.
