Payment Terms and Methods
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For the 2027 edition of the Desert Trophy Panda, participation in the event is limited to a maximum of 100 TEAMS.
Registration will officially close on 15 January 2027 or as soon as the maximum 100 available places have been filled, registered and paid within the corresponding deadline.
Registration validation.
Any team will be considered registered once the registration form has been submitted, but the registration will only become final once 100% of the Entry Fees have been paid.
Payment deadlines for the Entry Fees:
- €500.00 when completing the Pre-registration and place reservation. Pre-registration is mandatory regardless of the final registration period, as it is required for the allocation of the race number and reservation of the place. This amount DOES NOT FORM PART of the Entry Fees.
- €1,000.00 before 15 September 2026, for PREFERENTIAL RATE registrations.
- €1,200.00 before 15 December 2026, for STANDARD GENERAL RATE registrations, completed between 1 September and 15 December 2026.
- €1,300.00 before 15 January 2027, for LAST MINUTE RATE registrations, completed between 16 December 2026 and 15 January 2027.
Payment deadlines for Mandatory and Optional Additional Services booked:
The deadline for booking and full payment of any Mandatory and Optional Service offered for the Desert Trophy Panda Edition 2027 (mandatory rental of the STELLA III beacon, Hotel bookings, GPS rental, etc.) is 15 January 2027.
After the registration period closes (15 January 2027), any modification to the booking (change of driver, co-driver or vehicle) will be subject to a minimum administration fee of €50.

Payment by credit card
Through the link that you will automatically receive once the Registration and Additional Services Booking have been confirmed.
To make the payment by credit or debit card:
In the link giving access to your participant profile (sent in the confirmation email of your registration), you will find the button giving access to the payment gateway where you can make the payment by credit or debit card.
* Payment through the card payment gateway does not allow partial payments, only payment of the full amount.
Once it has been confirmed that the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Failure to pay.
The Organisation reserves the right to cancel any registration that has not been paid within the payment deadline corresponding to each of the periods mentioned above.
Failure to pay 100% of the Entry Fees within the deadline assigned to each category or type will result in the automatic loss of that rate and the immediate application of the rate corresponding to the next registration category or period.
Failure to pay the full amount of the Entry Fees and the Mandatory and Optional Services booked by 15 January 2027 will result in their cancellation.
