STELLA III. Geolocation and Track Monitoring System (MANDATORY RENTAL)

STELLA III BEACON – MANDATORY RENTAL

The rental of the STELLA III satellite beacon is mandatory for all participants.

For this edition, we continue to rely on this advanced navigation and safety device, which combines track monitoring, alert messaging, and real-time geolocation in a single unit.

The STELLA III will be your indispensable travel companion, keeping you in constant contact with the Organization through its built-in written message system and audible alerts.

Rental Price: €200.00 (+ 21% VAT)

⚠️ Important: The STELLA III rental does not include the external antenna kit or mounting bracket.

Participants who do not have this equipment from previous editions must purchase the full kit, which includes:

Two external antennas
Mounting bracket
Kit Purchase Price: €100.00 (+ 21% VAT)
Optional Refund: Participants who return the complete kit in perfect condition at the end of the event will receive a €50.00 refund (VAT included).

In case of damage or breakage during the event:

Replacement Cost: €30.00 per antenna, payable in cash upon replacement.

The beacon will be installed at the start of the event and must remain in use until the end of the final stage.

The deadline for booking and full payment of the STELLA III rental service is January 15, 2026.
