Metal Box Rental and Spare Parts Transport

METAL BOX RENTAL SERVICE AND TRANSPORT OF EQUIPMENT OR SPARE PARTS IN LOGISTICS TRUCK – 95L or 50kg

Rental Price: €125.00 (+ 21% VAT)
Usage Period: From the start of the event until the return to mainland Spain.

The Organization will provide a 95L metal box for participants who contract this service. The box can be filled with personal equipment or spare parts and will be transported daily in the logistics truck from hotel to hotel. Each day, it will be made available to the participant in the Assistance Area.

The box will be labeled with the participant’s race number for easier identification.

Participants are responsible for loading and unloading their box each day, strictly within the time window established by the logistics manager.

It is strictly prohibited, and both the logistics truck and the Organization accept no responsibility whatsoever for the transport, custody, or care of any equipment or spare parts not placed inside the transport box, or if the box is not properly locked with a padlock and secured.

IT IS MANDATORY FOR EACH PARTICIPANT TO SECURE THEIR BOX WITH A SAFETY PADLOCK.

Participants are responsible for loading and unloading their box each day, always during the time allocated by the logistics team.

The deadline to contract and fully pay for any Optional Service offered in the Desert Trophy Panda Edition is January 15, 2026.
