To complete the registration and reserve a race number (Dorsal-Bib number), it is mandatory to first complete the pre-registration, in order to be assigned an official Bib number and pay the €300 pre-registration fee.
The pre-registration fee is independent of the official registration and is not included in the registration price.

Participants who do not have external antennas from previous editions will need to purchase this kit. The cost of purchasing the complete kit—which includes two external antennas and a mounting bracket—is €100.00 (+ 21% VAT). Any participant who does not wish to keep the kit and chooses to return it at the end of the Raid will be eligible for a €30.00 refund (VAT included) at the end of the final stage, provided the complete kit is returned in perfect working condition.
Any replacement of antennas due to breakage or damage during the event will incur an additional cost of €50.00 per antenna (21% VAT included), payable in cash at the time of replacement.
Metal Box Rental and Transport Service for Spare Parts or Equipment (95L or 40kg capacity) Dimensions: Width: 45 cm x Length: 80 cm x Height: 35 cm
Rate: €120.00 (+21% VAT)
The Organization will provide a metal box with a 95L or 40kg capacity for participants who contract this service. The box may be filled with equipment or spare parts only (luggage is strictly prohibited) and will be transported daily by the logistics truck from hotel to hotel, and made available to the participant in the Assistance Park.
Each box will be labeled with the participant's race number for easy identification.
Participants are responsible for loading and unloading their own box each day, during the time slots established by the logistics manager.
It is strictly forbidden to place any material or spare parts outside of the designated transport box. Both the logistics truck and the Organization reject any responsibility for the transfer, custody, or care of any item that is not inside the official box or not properly secured with a lock.
EACH PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THEIR BOX WITH A SAFETY PADLOCK.

Administrative and Technical Checks will take place at the facilities of the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata 4* in Almería on Friday, February 13, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, February 14, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
