Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FERRY RESERVATIONS:

Any cancellation of a reservation of ferry must be communicated in a reliable way by email with acknowledgment of receipt, fax or certified mail.

Given the sporting and special nature of the Rallye du Maroc event, there is no possibility of contracting Cancellation Insurance either with our Agency or with our Insurer. However, any participant can freely hire said insurance with an outside agency.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the Rallye du Maroc by the Organization of the same, due to force majeure, risk or threat of safety or integrity of the participants, etc., not attributable to the Organization, provided that it occurs prior to August 1, 2019, will generate the right to a 90% refund of the amount paid for the reservation of ferrys and hotels. Any cancellation of the Rallye at a later date will be subject to the general cancellation policy of reservations, expressly waiving all participants, voluntarily, consciously and irrevocably, to any type of claim for this matter.

Any cancellation of a ferry and/or hotel reservation, carried out before September 1, 2019, will have a penalty of 20% of the amount of the reservation.

Any cancellation of a ferry and/or hotel reservation, carried out between the 1st and the 15th of September 2019, will have a penalty of 50% of the amount paid for the reservation.

Any cancellation of a ferry and/or hotel reservation, carried out after September 15, 2019, will have a penalty of 100% of the amount paid for the reservation.
