INFORMED CONSENT DOCUMENT FOR TOURISTIC ACTIVITY / ADVENTURE / MOTOR SPORTS OFF ROAD
The participant (s), as well as their companions in the event, acknowledges / have read the Legal Notice, Conditions of Contract, Privacy Policy, Organization Conditions, Transfer of Image Rights and type of event for which they are entering into and EXPRESSLY MANIFESTS:
1.- That for the realization of the MOTOR / ADVENTURE OFF ROAD activity, he/she has been informed sufficiently and in a comprehensible language about the characteristics of the sport/adventure activity in which he/she has registered and in which he/she is going to participate, as well as the physical conditions required for such participation and the minimum skill and qualification required for this activity.
2.- That he/she has been informed in a sufficient and clear manner about the risks of participation in said activity and the qualification and preparation of the technicians/monitors and personnel of the Organization that directs it, as well as of the security measures to be adopted by the Organization in the realization of the same and those that at all times must follow and respect the participant.
3.- That there is no contraindication whatsoever for the practice of this activity/sport and that he/she has the necessary physical conditions to carry it out with total normality and safety.
4.- Who knows and understands the regulations governing the sport/adventure activity and is/are fully in agreement with them, submitting to the direction and/or disciplinary authority of the Organization, without limitation or exclusion.
5.- Who voluntarily assumes the risks of the sport/adventure activity and, consequently, exempts the Organization from any damage or harm that may occur in the development of the sport/adventure activity. Such exemption does not include damages and losses that may be considered the fault or negligence of the Organization.
