Instructions for Completing the Boat Ticket and Hotel Reservation
To formalize the reservation of boat tickets and hotels, it is important to have on hand the passports of all participantsand the vehicle registration document, and to take into account the following information:
BOAT RESERVATIONS
The prices offered are per journey and per type of accommodation and vehicle.
SPECIAL OFFER – MAROC CHALLENGE WINTER EDITION:
OUTWARD SPECIAL BOAT ALMERÍA/NADOR – November 28.
The Organization has blocked the passage for Maroc participants on the regular line of the shipping company ARMAS/TRASMEDITERRANEA, departing from Almería on Friday, November 28 at 22:00h and arriving in Nador on Saturday at 08:00h.
RETURN SPECIAL BOAT NADOR/ALMERÍA.
The Organization has reached an agreement with the shipping company ARMAS/TRASMEDITERRANEA to charter an exclusive boat for the Maroc, departing from Nador on Saturday, December 6 at 23:30h and arriving in Almería on Sunday, December 7 at 08:00h.
On both crossings, participants may choose to travel in a double cabin or a shared quadruple cabin.
(Note: a shared quadruple cabin may include other Maroc teams. If you wish to share with a specific team, please indicate this in the “Observations” section when booking your cabin.)
In addition to this Special Boat option for the Almería/Nador/Almería line, there is also the possibility of travelling from Algeciras to Tangier Med on the regular line of ARMAS/TRASMEDITERRANEA, with special rates and the following available schedules:
OUTWARD ALGECIRAS/TANGIER MED.
Regular service by ARMAS/TRASMEDITERRANEA with departures on Friday, November 28 at 08:00h, 11:15h, 14:30h, 17:30h and 21:30h (OPEN TICKET), and Saturday, November 29 (only at 08:00h).
RETURN TANGIER MED/ALGECIRAS.
Regular service by ARMAS/TRASMEDITERRANEA with departures on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December at 04:00h, 11:30h, 14:30h, 18:30h and 23:00h (OPEN TICKET).
Any modification to boat reservations after confirmation and payment, and up to 5 days before the reservation date, entails a minimum handling fee of €30.
After that period, the handling fee may increase depending on the route and costs imposed by the shipping company.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The hotel/bivouac rates are per room or per haima, except for the Half Board without haima at the bivouac, which is per person.
In each city, we have selected several hotels of different categories, all meeting a minimum quality standard required by the Maroc. Hotel and bivouac reservations are always offered on a Half Board basis (dinner and breakfast).
Any modification to hotel reservations after confirmation and payment, and up to 10 days before the reservation date, entails a minimum handling fee of €30.
After that period, the handling fee may increase depending on the hotel’s rates.
HAIMA RESERVATIONS – STAGE OF DECEMBER 2
For the Special Stage on December 2, the Organization has arranged a Luxury Bivouac in the Kem Kem Desert, where participants may choose to spend the night in:
LUXURY HAIMA equipped with bed, duvet, towels, (private indoor shower and toilet), and Half Board (dinner and breakfast).
STANDARD HAIMA equipped with bed, duvet, towels, (shared outdoor shower and toilet), and Half Board (dinner and breakfast).
HALF BOARD ONLY (dinner and breakfast, including access to shared showers and toilets).
This option is for participants who wish to sleep in their own tent and do not reserve a haima.
VERY IMPORTANT:
At the Bivouac, it is mandatory to book at least one haima or Half Board option, since for security reasons and by order of the military authorities of the Algerian border, all participants must remain grouped in the authorized area designated by Moroccan authorities.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
All participants must fill in the initial contact form, entering in UPPERCASE the passport details of each participantand the vehicle registration document.
From there, proceed through the application pages, pressing the green “Send” button, selecting the hotel option, the boat option (if applicable), and pressing the green “Send” button again.
Once the reservation is complete, the application displays a summary on screen. Press the green “Confirm” button to finalize, and you will automatically receive a Reservation Confirmed message and an email with the confirmation PDF and payment instructions.

to verify whether your reservation has been correctly registered.
Please double-check all your reservation details to ensure they are correct, as the boat and hotel lists are generated directly from this information. Any errors or inaccuracies may cause issues at hotels or even invalidate boarding.

IMPORTANT:
The contracting of these reservation services is done individually and does not form part of a package tour, but rather participation in a touristic/sporting adventure event in Morocco, organized by a third-party company and subject to Moroccan legislation on consumer policies, cancellations, and refunds.
As this is an adventure event held in Morocco, it is not possible to contract a Cancellation Insurance with our company.
