The Desert Trophy Panda Edition is a genuine rally raid.
It is a simple definition but with as many nuances as there are participants, because every participant experiences the Desert Trophy Panda in their own way. There is room for those with experience who come to compete, there is room for those who have never taken part in a rally raid and come to enjoy themselves, there is also room for those who dream of crossing Morocco without touching the tarmac but seek the support of a professional Organization, and there is room for those who are simply looking for adventure — and that is the only thing we guarantee for everyone!
What is more, you have to come to discover what you are looking for in the Desert Trophy Panda, because sometimes we surprise ourselves and find something we did not even know we had come looking for, and that is perhaps the true spirit of adventure.
For this reason, in the next edition, we offer you three ways to take part in the Desert Trophy Panda, within the RAID Category, either in 4×2 or 4×4, fighting every day for the Overall Classification and completing 100% of the route of each Stage, within the PANDA 169 Category, either in 4×2 or 4×4, with a single route for both types, or within the ADVENTURE Category, eliminating the most difficult areas of each Stage and with a shorter duration, with more free time to do some sightseeing, or to experience the adventure in a more relaxed way.
The main characteristic that defines the Desert Trophy Panda is that we are a true family, where competition, rivalry and classifications take second place to solidarity, team spirit, the hours spent together repairing a friend’s car, the nights of laughter and encouragement while getting out of a difficult situation, and all of this creates one shared feeling: loyalty to a way of life, loyalty to a dream.

Instructions for completing the Registration and the Booking of Hotels and Additional Services.
To complete the REGISTRATION, it is important to have the Passports of all participants and the Vehicle Registration Certificate to hand and to take the following information into account:
MAJOR NEW FEATURE FOR EDITION 2027 REGARDING HOTEL BOOKINGS:
For this Edition 2027, we will not offer a fixed accommodation package for the entire week, but instead we have selected several hotels of different categories in each city, so that each participant can choose the type of accommodation they wish to book for each night, according to their preferences and budget.
All the hotels are good quality, 4* and 5*, booked on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast / except in Nador, where it will be B&B), but with a limited number of rooms available for our group, so it will be very important to complete the booking as soon as possible in order to guarantee room availability at the selected hotel. This means that hotel bookings will open from 10 August and the available rooms in each hotel will gradually sell out as registrations are completed.
You have the option of booking hotels in a double room or in a single room.

Please pay attention to the Visa regulations for entry into Morocco. Each participant must personally check the entry requirements for Morocco according to their nationality, country of residence and passport. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the ferry company refusing boarding or the Moroccan Authorities refusing entry into the Country. Strict compliance with these regulations is the sole responsibility of each participant, as is checking the condition and validity of their passport, and the Organization or the Agency decline any responsibility whatsoever in this regard.

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING THE BOOKING:
All participants must complete the initial contact form, with all the ID/PASSPORT details of each participant and the VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE details in CAPITAL LETTERS and, from there, you must continue through the pages of the application, pressing the green send button, then selecting the chosen accommodation option, selecting any additional services and finally pressing the green send button. Once the booking has been completed, the application displays a summary of the booking on screen, after which you must press the green confirm button and you will automatically receive a Booking Confirmed message and an email with the confirmation PDF and payment instructions. If you do not receive the email with the booking PDF at the time of making the booking, please contact Sports Adventure (panda@sports-adventure.es or +34 649687863 / +34 609292258) to verify whether your booking has been correctly registered or not. We kindly ask you to carefully check all the details of your booking and verify that they are correct, because the authorization and hotel lists are generated from this information and any error or inaccuracy may cause problems with authorizations, licenses, hotels, etc.
IMPORTANT. These booking services are contracted individually and separately and do not form part of a Package Travel arrangement, but rather of participation in an adventure tourism/sporting event in Morocco, organized by a third-party company of Moroccan nationality and therefore subject to the Consumer, Cancellation and Refund Policy under Moroccan legislation. As such an adventure event taking place in Morocco, there is no option to take out Cancellation Insurance with our company.
