CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Terms for Registration Fees:
Cancellations made before September 15, 2024: Full refund of all registration fees paid.
Cancellations between September 15 and December 15, 2024: €300.00 cancellation fee (administration and processing costs).
Cancellations between December 15, 2024 and January 15, 2025: €500.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between January 15 and January 31, 2025: €750.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after January 31, 2025: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
The final deadline for booking and full payment of any Mandatory or Optional Service (STELLA III beacon rental, hotel package, GPS rental, etc.) for Desert Trophy Panda 2025 is January 15, 2025.
