LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF USE
This document establishes the General Terms of Use for the services provided through the SPORTS ADVENTURE website. SPORTS ADVENTURE reserves the right to periodically modify and update these terms without prior notice to users.
These Terms of Use do not exclude the possibility that specific services offered through this website may be subject to their own specific conditions due to their particular characteristics.
Users who contract services through the SPORTS ADVENTURE website declare that they are of legal age (18 years or older). In the case of minors, parental or guardian authorization is required to access and use the contracted services.

This event is marketed in Europe under the trademarks DESERT TROPHY PANDA and PANDA TROPHY, which are commercial names owned by Desert Logistic Services & Events S.A.R.L.
On this website, the event is marketed by Organization Sports Adventure Travel SL (CIF B-18564302), which acts solely as a commercial agent and holds no responsibility for the organization of the event.
The event is exclusively organized by: Desert Logistic Services & Events S.A.R.L. (Ksar Hassi Labied, 52202 TAOUZ, Morocco), registered under Commercial Registry No. 923, with the Tax Identification Code: MA18720137, ICE 003237267000006, and License No. 19395135.
Reservation services are managed by:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Through the SPORTS ADVENTURE website, users can directly book hotel, ferry, and additional services related to participation in the DESERT TROPHY PANDA. Some services may also be available for online booking and may be offered either directly by SPORTS ADVENTURE or by third-party providers, who will be clearly identified.
Detailed information for each contracted activity will be outlined in its specific terms and conditions.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Service rights are acquired once SPORTS ADVENTURE successfully charges the provided credit/debit card or receives a bank transfer for the full amount, when applicable.
SPORTS ADVENTURE reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment, failed charges, false information, or inability to verify the payment method.
Users must ensure they are authorized holders of the payment method and that sufficient funds are available. A confirmation voucher will be sent via email upon successful booking.
If the voucher is not received within 24 hours, users must contact customer service.
INCLUDED IN OUR RATES: All services described under the "Includes" section of each program/product as shown on our website or brochures. What is not explicitly listed as included, will not be covered.
NOT INCLUDED: Visas, fees, personal expenses (e.g., drinks, special meals, laundry), hotel optional services, luggage porters, parking, safety box rental, private TV channels, ferry or airfare unless specified, optional services not contracted in advance, and insurance for equipment in outdoor activities.
The exact pricing and payment method will be detailed during the booking process, including a breakdown of charges and an explicit acknowledgment of payment obligation.
Prices may be subject to VAT according to Spanish law (Articles 69, 70, and related provisions of Law 37/1992).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Users may cancel their contracted services and are entitled to refunds under the agreed terms, especially regarding the cancellation policy. They must compensate SPORTS ADVENTURE for:
Management fees for third-party services, clearly outlined in the reservation documents.
Cancellation fees for special services with economic conditions (e.g., chartered flights or ferries).
Direct cancellation costs charged by service providers.
SPORTS ADVENTURE's own administrative, staffing, and logistical costs, if applicable.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of withdrawal notification. If not, users may claim double the amount owed plus additional damages. SPORTS ADVENTURE bears the burden of proof for compliance.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, cardiovascular diseases) that could pose a risk.
Users agree not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair ability, especially for driving.
Minors require parental/legal guardian authorization.
The organization reserves the right to conduct fitness tests for advanced-level activities and may deny admission.
Users must not:
Engage in illegal or harmful activities.
Spread racist, xenophobic, or offensive content.
Distribute malware or compromise the network.
Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
Disseminate unauthorized or confidential information.
Send spam or commercial messages in inappropriate sections.
Copy or exploit service content for commercial purposes.
ORGANIZER'S OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
SPORTS ADVENTURE commits to delivering the services as advertised unless affected by force majeure. If a service becomes unavailable before the event, the user may opt for a similar service or cancel with a full refund.
The organizer is liable for proper service delivery but is exempt in cases involving: a) Faults attributable to the participant. b) Actions by unrelated third parties. c) Force majeure. d) Unforeseeable and insurmountable events.
In such cases, SPORTS ADVENTURE will still provide assistance at the participant’s expense.
Service issues must be reported on-site and to SPORTS ADVENTURE within 48 hours for resolution.
Damage compensation limits will follow applicable international conventions. Non-physical damages cannot exceed the total contracted price.
SPORTS ADVENTURE is not responsible for delays caused by weather, technical issues, strikes, or force majeure in air/maritime transport.
In case of vehicle-related incidents abroad, the user agrees to the applicable legal and insurance framework of the country where the vehicle is registered.
Participants acknowledge that full safety in adventure or motor events is not guaranteed. By joining, users accept associated risks and declare voluntary participation, especially in remote or challenging regions.
SPORTS ADVENTURE offers optional insurance with extended coverage. Please inquire if interested.
CONTRACT DURATION AND VALIDITY
The contract begins upon acceptance of these General and Specific Terms and is confirmed upon full payment.
The organizer is responsible for making the contracted service available, either directly or via third parties.
Legal reference: Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other Spanish consumer protection laws.
APPLICABLE LAW
This document is governed by Spanish law, including:
RDL 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users)
Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce
International conventions such as the Athens Convention (1974, amended 1976)
In case of disputes, both parties submit to the courts of Granada, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction.
