Transfer of Image Rights
The personal data of individuals who complete the registration form will be included in a file under the responsibility of **ORGANIZATION SPORTS ADVENTURE TRAVEL S.L.** (the "Data Controller"), with registered office at **Agustina de Aragón 31, Escalera C, Local 8, 18004 Granada (Spain)**.
These data will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the event **"Desert Trophy Panda Edition 2025"**, and to conduct an entirely voluntary satisfaction survey regarding the service received and the overall quality of the event.
The Data Controller may send participants catalogs, invitations to future events, and personalized commercial information—by any means—regarding its products and services, as well as those offered by **ORGANIZATION SPORTS ADVENTURE TRAVEL S.L.**, which specializes in event organization.
The Data Controller may also share participants' data with companies within the **SPORTS ADVENTURE Group**, so they may use the data for the same purposes mentioned above. Participants are hereby informed that photographers and video crews will be present at the "Desert Trophy Panda Edition 2025" event and will be clearly identified at all times.
By remaining in areas where recording or photography is taking place and/or by posing for photos or videos, the participant **grants ORGANIZATION SPORTS ADVENTURE TRAVEL S.L.** free of charge the image rights necessary to use the captured material in edits, adaptations, promotional photos, etc., which may be distributed on the website, on social media, or through any other medium.
Likewise, the participant **consents to the processing of any personal data necessary** for the publication and dissemination of the recorded images as described.
If the participant does **not authorize** the use and processing of their image and personal data as described above, they must avoid all areas where filming or photography is taking place and notify the event staff accordingly.
