Payment terms and methods

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For this edition of the Maroc Challenge Winter Edition, the maximum number of boat ticket and hotel reservationsis limited for each hotel and ferry, and places will be assigned directly at the time of confirmation and payment.
There is a very limited number of rooms in some hotels, as well as double cabins, which will be allocated on a first-paid basis.

The closing date for boat and hotel reservations will be November 20, 2025, and after that date, requests will only be accepted by email and will always be subject to confirmation and availability by the Agency.

How to make the payment for reservations:

Exclusively by credit/debit card charge through our online payment gateway – virtual POS terminal (TPV Virtual).

Reservation Validation:

Any reservation is validated at the moment the reservation form is sent, but it will only become definitive once 100% of the total amount has been paid.

Lack of Payment:

The Organization reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been paid within the specified payment period.
