Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy for Hotel and Boat Reservations:
- Any cancellation made before November 22, 2024 will have right to TOTAL RETURN of the amount paid.
- Any cancellation that occurs between November 22 and 27, 2024 will have A penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be applied as management expenses.
- Any cancellation produced after November 27, 2024 will have A penalty of 100% of the amount paid will be applied.
