Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for Hotel and Boat Reservations:

Any cancellation that occurs before March 31, 2025 will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Any cancellation occurring between April 1 and 7, 2025, will have a penalty of 50% of the amount paid applied, as management fees.
Any cancellation occurring after April 7, 2025 will have a penalty of 100% of the amount paid applied.
