Instructions for Completing the Boat Passage and Hotel Reservation.
To formalize the reservation for the boat passage and hotels, it is essential to have the passports of all participants and the vehicle registration permit on hand, as well as to consider the following information:
BOAT RESERVATIONS:
The offered rates are PER JOURNEY AND TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION AND VEHICLE.

OUTBOUND JOURNEY BOAT ALMERÍA / NADOR
The Organization has arranged with the ARMAS / TRASMEDITERRANEA shipping company to charter a private boat exclusively for the Maroc Challenge, departing from Almería on Friday, April 11, at 22:00h, arriving in Nador on Saturday, April 12, at 7:30h.
RETURN JOURNEY SPECIAL CHARTER BOAT NADOR / ALMERÍA
The Organization has exclusively contracted a charter boat with the ARMAS / TRASMEDITERRANEA shipping company for the Maroc Challenge participants. Departure from Nador on Saturday, April 19, at 23:59h, arriving in Almería on Sunday, April 20, at 8:00h AM.
For both trips, the following accommodation options are available:
- DOUBLE CABIN
- QUADRUPLE CABIN
(Note: Quadruple cabins will be shared with any other team participating in the Maroc Challenge. If you wish to share with a specific team, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section when booking your cabin.)
In addition to this special boat option, there is also the possibility of traveling from Algeciras on the regular route of ARMAS / TRASMEDITERRANEA at a special rate, with the following available schedules:
OUTBOUND JOURNEY ALGECIRAS / TANGER MED
Regular ARMAS / TRASMEDITERRANEA ferry line, with departures on Friday, April 11, at 8:00h, 11:15h, 14:30h, 17:30h, and 21:30h.
RETURN JOURNEY TANGER MED / ALGECIRAS
Regular ARMAS / TRASMEDITERRANEA ferry line, with departures starting Saturday, April 19, at 4:00h, 10:30h, 13:30h, 17:30h, and 22:00h (OPEN TICKET).
Any modification to the boat reservation once confirmed, if made more than 5 days before the end of the reservation date, will incur a minimum management fee of 30€ per change. After this period, the fee may increase depending on the ferry company’s pricing and associated costs.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Hotel and bivouac rates are PER ROOM OR HAIMA, except for the Half Board rate without Haima in the Bivouac, which is per person.
In Saidia, we have secured a special rate at the Radisson Blu Beach 5 Hotel*, on an ALL-INCLUSIVE basis, both for the arrival day on the 12th and for the return day on the 18th. The ALL-INCLUSIVE rate for April 12 includes lunch, dinner, and breakfast on the 13th, as well as all drinks (including alcohol), snacks, and services during the stay at the hotel. For the reservation on April 18, it includes dinner on the 18th, breakfast and lunch on the 19th, as well as all drinks (including alcohol), snacks, and services at the hotel until 5:00 PM on April 19.
In each city along the route, we have selected several hotels of different categories, all meeting a minimum quality standard for the Maroc Challenge.
Hotel and bivouac reservations are typically offered on a HALF BOARD basis (Dinner and Breakfast).
Any modification to a confirmed hotel reservation, if made more than 5 days in advance, will incur a minimum administrative fee of €30 per change. After this period, the fee may increase depending on the hotel's rates.
HAIMA RESERVATION FOR APRIL 17:
For the Special Stage on April 17, the Organization has set up a LUXURY BIVOUAC in Bouarfa, where participants can choose between the following accommodations:

LUXURY HAIMA/ TENT: Equipped with a bed, duvet, towels, private shower and WC inside the haima, and includes half board (dinner and breakfast).

STANDARD HAIMA/TENT: Equipped with a bed, duvet, towels, shared external showers and WC, and includes half board (dinner and breakfast).

HALF BOARD ONLY – WITHOUT HAIMA/TENT: Includes dinner and breakfast, with access to shared showers and WC. This option is for participants who prefer to sleep in their own tent and do not book a haima.
VERY IMPORTANT: At the bivouac, it is MANDATORY to book at least a haima or half-board, as per the security regulations set by the Military Authorities at the Algerian border. All participants must remain within the designated area authorized by the Moroccan Authorities.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
All participants must complete the initial contact form, filling in the PASSPORT DETAILS of each participant and the VEHICLE REGISTRATION PERMIT in UPPERCASE LETTERS. Afterward, proceed through the application pages by clicking the green "Send" button, selecting the hotel and boat options if applicable, and then pressing the final green "Send" button.
Once the reservation is complete, a summary of the booking will be displayed on-screen. You must click the green "Confirm" button to finalize the process. An automated email will be sent with PDF confirmation and payment instructions.

We kindly ask all participants to carefully review their booking details to ensure accuracy. Passenger and hotel lists are generated based on this information, and any errors may cause issues with hotel check-ins or boarding.
***VERY IMPORTANT***
All participants must verify the legal entry requirements for Morocco according to their Nationality or Country of Origin. It is crucial to check whether a VISA is required for entry. The Organization and the Agency do not assume any responsibility in this regard.

FINAL DEADLINE FOR BOAT & HOTEL RESERVATIONS: MARCH 31
These reservations are individual and separate bookings, not part of a package tour, but rather related to participation in a touristic/sporting adventure event in Morocco, organized by a third party and subject to Moroccan Consumer Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds Regulations.
As this is an adventure event in Morocco, it is not possible to purchase a cancellation insurance policy through our company.
